WAIVER OF LIABILITY FORM

This waiver must be signed by all those participating in Bed Races

In consideration of the acceptance of our Registration Form for the Hanford

Chamber of Commerce, we hereby release the Hanford Chamber of Commerce,

the City of Hanford, as well as any person or organization officially or unofficially

connected with this competition, from all liability for any injuries or damages

whatsoever arising from this competition event.

Registration Form, Entry Form, and Waiver of Liability Form must be turned in to
