Daily Reading Log
Your child should be reading for 20 minutes each night. This reading log will be
checked each day in class and collected every Monday. There is a list of suggested questions
on the back of this sheet to help you assess your child’s reading comprehension before
signing below. A parent signature is required each Monday. Any reading done over the
weekend is optional and will be considered extra credit. Thank you in advance for your help!
