2Senior Privilege
Parent/Student/Administration Agreement
Class of _________
We the Senior Class of _________ have the privileges of signing out of study hall, but
remaining on school grounds. In addition, we are not required to have a pass when in the
hallways.
We the Senior Class of ________ have the privilege of signing out during our lunch
period. Legitimate off school ground destinations for lunch sign out include:
1.
Super Seven
2.
Stewarts
3.
NBT Bank of Sharon Springs
The senior class in return will provide the following:
1. Raise the flag during homeroom and lower it at the end of the day
2. Demonstrate good school and community citizenship as an example for other
students. In addition, members of the senior class will “set a good example to
younger students by following and reminding younger students of the school’s
Code of Conduct.”
3. Maintain a passing average in all classes
4. Be on time for school and classes
5. Not take a senior skip day
6. Follow these other guidelines:
a. Not use automobile transportation when signed out and recognize that
cars and the student parking area are not allowed during the school day
without permission from the main office
b. Not store their books in their automobile and often request to go out to
their car to retrieve them

floors or any other area of the building except

e. Sign self in and out at the new main entrance and be on time for the next
scheduled class, and
7. When signing out, write full name and the destination clearly (with no ditto
marks) on the sign in/out sheet
We also recognize that:
The Honor Society privilege of signing out of a 9

period study hall and going
home is NOT a senior privilege
The old gym, if it’s open will be an acceptable destination. However, all school
rules still apply including the ban on electronic devices and hats.
In addition, middle school students will have the clear priority on the basketball

courts during their 5
period lunch.
