administrator will also discuss this document at school.

It is vital that school and home work together to ensure that all students meet the high

expectations for behavior established in the Manual. This enables students to succeed in school

and in the community. YOUR support is ESSENTIAL.

THIS DOCUMENT IS BEING PROVIDED ONLINE. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR PRINCIPAL OR

SCHOOL DIRECTLY IF YOU OR YOUR FAMILY DESIRES A PRINTED COPY OF THE MANUAL

FOR YOUR USE AT HOME.

After you have reviewed the Manual with your student, please sign this form and return it

to your student’s school.

As the parent /guardian of the student listed below, I have reviewed and discussed the Christina

School District Student Manual with my child.

We understand that the Student Manual and the Board of Education policies it references apply to

ALL students at ALL times on ALL Christina School District property, including ALL school build-

ings, in all school vehicles, while using District technology devices, and at all school-related or

Board sponsored activities including, but not limited to, school field trips and school sponsored

sporting events, whether held on school property or at locations off school property.
