23Notice shall be deemed received by a Party on the date shown on the delivery
receipt as the date of delivery, the date delivery was refused, or the date the item was
returned as undeliverable.
6.
BINDING EFFECT.
This Agreement shall be binding upon the Seller and the Purchaser and
shall inure to the benefit of successors, and assigns of the Parties.
7.
ATTORNEY'S FEES.
In the event it becomes necessary for either Party to file suit to enforce
this Agreement or any provision contained in this Agreement, the Party prevailing in
such suit shall be entitled to recover, in addition to all other remedies or damages, as
provided in this Agreement, reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in such suit.
