THIS INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT is made and executed on this the

PARTIES

persons deriving title under the “Broker”.

Contractor") which expression shall unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning
thereof be deemed to mean and include all persons deriving title under the Independent
Contractor.

A. WHEREAS, the Broker is licensed as a real estate broker in the State of ________.

completely equipped to render services in the field of real estate to the public.

Salesman and is duly qualified to solicit real estate for sale or for exchange or for other

Independent Contractor and Independent Contractor has expressed his willingness
towards the same.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, and other
valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, and for the
