This inspection is scored by each section. A maximum of 10pts are given for each section.
Managers and Assistant Managers must average an 85% or higher on a monthly basis. This
inspection will be used in part of annual reviews. If there is 3 consecutive months which
scores are averaged below 85% Manager/Assistant Manager will be subject to proper
disciplinary action included possible demotion. All inspections are done by Area Manager
or Franchisee.
