Wee Wuns Weekday Ministries at Cypress United Methodist Church, is gearing up for our largest fundraiser of the

year- the 23

Annual Fall festival. We are a tax exempt/non-profit organization dedicated to the spiritual, mental,

and physical growth of children through an Accredited Preschool and Mothers’ Day Out program.

The Families in Action (PTO) Committee at Wee Wuns is excited to host this year’s fall festival on Saturday,

October 27, 2012, from 10am – 2pm at Cypress United Methodist Church. We need your help! In the past years,

donations from individuals and business owners like you have helped us raise between $14,000 - $17,000 each

year! With these funds we were able to complete phase 1 & 2 of our playground renovation, purchase classroom

furniture, provide student scholarships, and assist teachers with continuing education. This year we will renew our

NAEYC accreditation and continue to work towards building a new wrought iron security fence around our

playgrounds.

You are again invited to help make our Fall Festival successful by donating your products, services and/or gift

certificates. In addition to helping your community, you will receive the following:

1. Recognition of your sponsorship in the Wee Wuns Monthly Newsletter (397 copies distributed to all

families) and on our website

2. Signage during the event

3. Opportunity to advertise or showcase your products and/or services to all who attend the festival

We need your support so that Wee Wuns Weekday Ministry can continue its 41-year tradition of providing

outstanding education in our community. Come join us for a day of fun, food and fellowship with games galore, a
