Barrington Youth Dance Ensemble (BYDE) Coppelia Coloring Contest

Official Rules

Contest Period: The BYDE Coppelia Coloring Contest ends on Friday, May 15, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. CST.

How to Enter: Official BYDE Coppelia Coloring Contest coloring sheets may be obtained at participating Barrington CUSD 220 schools, partici-

pating retailers and restaurants, or may be picked up at the Barrington Dance Academy studio office at 758 W. Northwest Highway, Barrington, IL

during the contest period. The contest is open to children up to the age of 13 and/or 8

grade. A release and waiver which appears on the re-

verse of the coloring page must be signed by the child’s parent or legal guardian at the time of contest entry. Print your child’s full name, parent’s

full name, parent’s email address and phone number on the back of the coloring sheet. Completed coloring sheets must be returned UNFOLDED

to BYDE c/o Barrington Dance Academy, 758 W. Northwest Highway, Barrington, IL via mail, or may be dropped off during office hours. Coloring

sheets may be completed in crayon, pen, watercolor, or craypas/pastel. Limit one entry per participant. All entries become the sole property of

BYDE and will not be returned. BYDE is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, or illegible entries.

Contest Prizes: The entry of the Grand Prize Winner will be featured in the Program for BYDE’s 2013 production of Coppelia. The Grand Prize

Winner’s name will be featured in the program and he/she will receive 2 (two) complimentary tickets to BYDE’s 2013 production of Coppelia on

either June 14 or 15 (winner’s choice). A separate age group winner will be announced in each of three age categories: Preschool/Kindergarten,

Elementary (1st—5th grades), Middle School (6th-8

grades). Each age group winner will receive two (2) tickets to BYDE’s 2013 production of

Coppelia. All contest entries will be displayed during the weekend of the Coppelia performances: June 14 & 15, 2013 at Barrington High School.

Friday, June 14 dinner at Francesca’s Famiglia at 5 pm, followed by the 7 pm performance of Coppelia

Saturday, June 15 2 pm Coppelia matinee performance, followed by dinner at 5 pm at Francesca’s
