DURATION OF THIS AGREEMENT

This Agreement shall become effective at it's signature date by both Parties and shall

remain in effect thereafter the later of, a period of one (1) years or the completion of any

is for a period of completion or aircraft maintenance on aircraft N___________________

to return to service condition.

MECHANICS

1. Contractor’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

a. Maintenance or assigned aircraft.

b. Maintenance and administration of aircraft records and log books.

c. Perform repairs and or maintenance on a timely basic.

d. Notify owner of requirement to order parts as needed.

e. Compliance with all FAR rules and regulations covering aircraft maintenance.

f. Contractor in exonerated from liability while aircraft is in maintenance.

2. In consideration of the agreements set forth in this contract the contractor shall

receive compensation for services render4ed at the following rates:

a. Airplane and powerplant rating $______________ Per hour on aircraft or in shop

repairing or making parts.

3. Contractor will submit an invoice at the end of each day, in prescribed log book, in

aircraft for services rendered at the rate of $___________ per hour, and for cost of

materials and supplies rendered.

a. Name and address of which payment is to be sent which must be the same as that

in the contact.

4. Contractor will submit an invoice at the end of the month or maintenance for services

rendered.
