obtaining
copies
of
the
LLC’s
federal,
state,
and
local
income
tax
returns
for
each
year.

Obtaining

regards
to
the

APPLICABLE
LAW.
W ithin

AMENDMENT.
At
any
time
a
Member
may
wish
to
propose
a
new
amendment

waive

legality
of
such
amendment
and
the
recommendation
of
the
Member
as

adoption.
