Code of Conduct

To preserve the dignity and respect that has always been a part of Campbell

Middle School, I do hereby pledge to uphold the policies of the school

throughout the school year and while participating in the trip to Orlando,

Florida with the CMS Band, Orchestra and Chorus. I give my word of

honor that I will observe the following policies:

1. I will maintain an A/B average and an S in conduct in

band/orchestra/chorus.

2. I will attend all scheduled concerts through out the year.

3. I understand that I cannot participate if I have 1 day of OSS.

4. I understand that I cannot participate if I have 3 or more days of ISS.

5. I understand that I must not have a referral from my music teacher.

6. I understand I must not be in danger of being retained in 8

grade.

7. I understand that I must conduct myself in an appropriate manner

during classroom rehearsals and be an active participant.

Code of Conduct Pledge

I pledge that I will act in accordance with that which my directors and

chaperones ask of me. My conduct will always reflect that of a mature lady or

gentleman. In as much as I have given my word and pledged myself to the

Code of Conduct, I do know that failure to comply with any policies could

result in forfeiting my opportunity to attend this trip.

I am aware of the policies the music department has set in order to remain

eligible to participate in this trip.
