28. SHOWING YOUR PROPERTY. We can show the property to prospective

tenants or buyers during the last two (2) months of this lease or of any renewal of

this lease.

29. VALIDITY. If any part of this lease is against the law, the rest of the lease will

remain in full force. We may correct any illegal clause to make it comply with

the law.

30. PARTIES. Both we and you are bound by this lease. All of our legal heirs or

successors are also bound.

31. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This lease contains all agreements between both us and

you. This lease can only be changed by agreement in writing signed by both of us.
