By executing this legally binding agreement, I agree to:

• indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Thirteenth International Congress

on Yeasts (ICY 2012) planning committee and host organizations and their

agents and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.

• pay the sponsorship fee for the Thirteenth International Congress on Yeasts

(ICY 2012) conference upon receipt of the invoice from UW Extension

Conference Services. No refunds after May 1, 2012.
