IV. Lease Duration

 The term of the lease shall be of 3 years, starting on ----------------------------

-----, and expiring on ------------------------------;

 Upon the expiry of the current lease, if the Tenant wishes to continue to

occupy the premises, it should inform the Landlady of his intention by

registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to be sent two months

prior to its expiration. The Two Parties will examine the possibility of

this renewal according to the best of their interests.

V. Lease Termination

 This lease shall be terminated upon the expiry of the original or renewed

term, without the need of any further notice or legal proceedings;

 Due to the diplomatic capacity of the Dweller, the Tenant shall have the

right to terminate this lease before the end of the agreement. This should

be informed to the Landlady by registered mail with acknowledgement

of receipt to be sent two months prior to date of the early termination of

the lease. The reasons for early termination of the lease are: expiration of

the assignment of the said Diplomat in Lebanon, reasons beyond his

control or reasons due to force majeure.

 In the event of early termination of the lease, under the conditions

herein established, the Landlady shall reimburse the Tenant of an

amount equal to the monetary value of the remaining months of the

contract not to be used by the Tenant.

VI. Use of the Premises

 The apartment shall be used for the exclusive dwelling of Mr. --------------

---------------------------------------------------------------------

 The Tenant shall not have the right to change the use of the premises

without obtaining the express prior written consent of the Landlady;

 The Landlady shall have no obligation to agree to such request of the

Tenant;

 Any such refusal of consent on the part of the Landlady shall have no

effect on the validity of this agreement.
