CONTRACTS (RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES) ACT 1999
Nothing in this Agreement confers or purports to confer on any third party any benefit
or any right to enforce any term of this Agreement which that third party would not
have had but for the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Parties have executed and delivered this Agreement
as a deed after the Schedules on the date first written.
