This is an information pack, based upon one developed by Food Safety Officers working
for Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council. It includes a template for you to complete and
then use as your documented food safety management system. The template is relatively
simple and if it does not cover all the activities you undertake you should alter the pack
accordingly and add any extra safety points which are required for your business.
