Tenant Move-Out Handbook

Dear Tenant,

Thank you for renting from Prudential PenFed Realty. We want to make

your move-out as smooth as possible, and have included a checklist and

other move-out instructions to help you with your departure. Please read

over this information carefully and call me if you have any questions.

After you have fully vacated the property, removed all of your property and

cleaned the premises, I will do a final inspection. We have forty-five (45)

days from the end of the lease in which to make assessments and return

your security deposit. We will make every effort to return your deposit

before the forty-five (45) day deadline, but this is not always possible. If we

have not received evidence from you that you have paid the final water bill

at the time we are processing the security deposit return, we will withhold

$100 from your deposit until we have received the receipt.

You may contact me any time prior to, but no later than one week prior to

your move to schedule an appointment for the final walk through.
