You agree to be responsible for assisting our representation by attending all required

meetings and hearings, providing all documentation required from you, and participating in key

decisions of your representation.

Any information given to us will be kept secret if you wish it, except for information we

are required to disclose by law or by rules governing the conduct of lawyers.

You will not be asked to pay any legal fees to Troutman Sanders in relation to this case.
