Received by the Administrative Support Centre within 5 business days if you are in
immigration detention or 10 business days if you are not in detention.

Documents to send
You must send:
The signed and completed Appeal Form (IAFT-1)
Your Notice of Decision (If you do not include this your appeal may be treated on the
papers).
A photocopy of the Reasons for Refusal letter (which you should have received with
the Notice of Decision) plus any other documents in support of your appeal (in
English or a certified translation).
Do not send:
Original documents (for examples: passports, marriage certificates, birth certificates).
