The Director of the Department of Health and Human Services or the Recreation Superintendent
have the authority to revoke a permit upon a finding of any violation hereunder or upon good
cause.
7.
No food or beverages will be allowed on athletic fields.

Applicants are to adhere to all other Park Regulations as per Section 58-19 through 58-21.758-
21.2BB

OR CARRYING
OF UNSEALED
ALCHOLIC
BEVERAGE
CONTAINERS
SHALL BE PERMITTED
IN ANY
PARK.
Permit fee

There is a $125.00 (per hour) application fee for any individual requesting use of the
above referenced
facilities.
(Please make your check or money order payable to: "The City of
Hoboken").

ote: Any non-profit organization or school shall have their fee waived but must supply an
insurance rider indemnifying the City of Hoboken or sign a waiver which would hold the City
harmless.
