owner, I will fill out two ballots – one for my own lot and one for the lot

for which I am a proxy.

f. When the proxy owner registers at the meeting, they register their own lot

and hands in the proxy form to register the lot(s) for which they are a

proxy.

g. The proxy owner then deposits all of their ballots in the ballot box.

4) Voting by Proxy Ballot

h. If the owner wishes to vote for them self but cannot attend the meeting,

they will vote by proxy ballot.

i. The lot owner will fill out the proxy form specifying that their vote be

made on the official ballot.

j. They will then fill out the ballot and seal it in the unmarked envelope.

k. The owner will return the proxy form and the envelope to a board member

either by personal delivery or by mailing it.

l. At the meeting, the owner’s lot will be registered from the proxy form,

and the ballot will be deposited in the ballot box.
