Nanny/Caregiver Agreement

Members may add a nanny to their Premier Miramont membership, (Caregiver to any

membership)

 Nanny/caregiver must be 18 or older, and must sign a Facility Waiver.

 Nanny/caregiver may NOT use the club for personal use, only to escort and monitor the

children/members at the pool or basketball court.

 More than one nanny/caregiver may be on the membership, although only one

nanny/caregiver may be in the club with the members at a time.

 If the Main member has already signed a Card on File (COF) agreement for purchases

around the club, the Nanny/caregiver automatically has authorization to use this COF as

well.
