there is no need to send an email to the above address. The sponsor will collect

your payment and email address…

 Checks should be made payable to “Far Post Soccer Club” and can either be given to a

sponsoring Far Post parent or mailed to:

o The drop box outside of the Far Post coach’s office can also be utilized… In this

case, please be sure to place payment inside a marked envelope so we know where

the money goes, and please send an email to shellcore@comcast.net so we know

where your payment is

 Once payment has been received, your square selection/s will be entered into the

master grid copy with your name

Notes:

o Square selections granted on first come, first paid basis

o All square selections must be submitted by Saturday, 02/06/16

 On Super Bowl Sunday morning, numbers “0 – 9” will be drawn at random to replace

the yellow-lettered Row/Col headers

o Numbers “0 – 9” are randomly drawn in a controlled environment with a Far Post

Staff member present After the randomization of the Row/Col grid headers, we’ll

send out an email to everyone with the finalized grid

 During the game, we’ll send out emails to holders of winning squares

o Winning squares are drawn at the end of 1st and 3rd quarters, as well as at half

time and at the end of the game
