The concession stand is a very important part of our Little League organization. The money we raise each

year goes towards the many improvements to our fields and team uniforms. It also helps keep the cost of

registration down for you as a parent. Without you as a volunteer, our concession stand would not be possible.

So, again this year, we are asking for every parent to work one evening in the stand.

Please fill out the bottom and return at sign up. If you can not commit to just one evening, we are offering a

“buy out” fee of $75. If this fee is paid at the time of sign up, you will not be scheduled to work. If it is not

paid at time of sign up, you will be scheduled to work. It cannot be paid at a later date.

We are collecting a $85 check at sign up (to insure we will have parents show up on their scheduled night)

that will be returned at the end of the night you are scheduled to work. If you fail to work your assigned night,

your check will be cashed, regardless if the stand is opened with last minute volunteers or not.

Please note that it is your responsibility to be at the stand by 4:45pm the night you are scheduled. You will be

required to work both games. The schedule is made up randomly and you are not guaranteed to be scheduled

when your child is playing at the field. Should you have a conflict with your scheduled night, it is your

responsibility to find a replacement worker. Concession Work Schedule is included in the League Program,

phone numbers of workers are listed should you need to find someone to switch with you.
