I hereby give my consent for (participant)
to take part in the activities at Youth Week 2016. Each party agrees to defend, indemnify and hold the other
harmless from all claims, demands, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal fees) and losses which may
be asserted against the other Party resulting from any negligent or illegal or unlawful act on the part of the
first Party, except to the extent that such claims are due to the negligent, illegal or unlawful act or failure to
act on the part of the other party. The Party agrees that the participant takes part in the adventure activities
at their own risk and while every precaution is taken, some activities can be dangerous.
