This letter serves to advise you that you are hereby suspended with full pay, with immediate

effect, pending the outcome of a disciplinary investigation relating to suspected [name of

infringement that warrants suspension], amongst other possible charges.

Depending on the results of our investigation, you may be given notice to attend a

disciplinary hearing. To this purpose you are required to specify a physical address or e-

mail address on the copy of this notice provided, where documents may be served/sent.

During your suspension and until the investigation and any disciplinary hearing that may

flow from it are completed, you may not enter any of the Company’s offices or communicate

with any of its employees, contractors or clients. You may communicate with [name of

Company representative], should you have any enquiries, require any documents or should

you wish to consult with witnesses, in the event of any disciplinary action becoming

necessary.

On receipt of this notice, kindly remove your personal belongings from your office. Please

note that our request for you to do so should in no way be construed that a decision has

been made to take disciplinary action against you or to dismiss you, but merely to safeguard

your possessions, until the finalisation of this matter.

Kindly deliver all the Company’s keys and access card, bank cards and electronic
