of
the

and
there
is
no
damage
to
Borough
property

Indemnification
To

claims,
liability,
demands,
suits

loss,

all
other
connected
therewith,
arising
out

connected
to
the
Applicant’s
use
or
occupancy
of
the
premises
of
the
Borough.
