IMPORTANT :
City Sales and/or Use tax MUST be paid on ALL materials before refund will be made or final retainage will be released.
DO NOT INCLUDE ITEMS THAT DID NOT BECOME A PERMANENT PART OF THE COMPLETED STRUCTURE.
