2ACTION BY INDIANA TAX COURT
Request for Appeal Granted. The Indiana Tax Court hereby grants the Taxpayer's "Request for Appeal" and deems
that the Taxpayer's Complaint is filed as of this date. The State Board of Tax Commissioners is directed to file its
answer or other responsive pleading within thirty (30) days from this date.
Request for Appeal Denied. The Indiana Tax Court hereby denies the Taxpayer's "Request for Appeal" and directs
the State Board of Tax Commissioners to conduct a hearing and make a final determination of assessed value within
twelve (12) months from this date. Because an original tax appeal has not been initiated under IC 33-3-5-16, the Court
orders the refund of the filing fee provisionally paid by the Taxpayer from the state general fund. The Clerk of the Court
is ordered and directed to cause the Auditor of the State to pay a warrant issued for said refund.
