25. When you have finished entering all of Day 1 food and beverage click the Total Eaten section
located in the middle section of your screen. Review all items under your Breakfast, Lunch,
Dinner, and Snack sections. Be sure you have included ALL the foods and beverages
included in your food journal.
26. Repeat Steps 17 through 25 for Day 2 meals.
27. Repeat steps 17 through 25 for you Day 3 meals
28. Now that you are sure all your foods and beverages are entered correctly click on the
My Report tab on the blue bar towards the top of your screen.
29. Click on Meal Summary
30. In the View Report from box enter the date of your Day 1 meals
31. In the thru box enter the date of your Day 1 meals
32. Click on the box next to All
33. Click Create Report
34. Your screen should now display your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack foods and beverages
for Day 1. Check your Day 1 journal entry. If everything is entered correctly proceed to step 35.
If not, go back to Food Tracker and make the corrections.
35. Hold down Control P. It will print out your meal summary for Day 1.
36. Repeat steps 30 through 35 for Day 2 meals
37. Repeat Steps 30- 35 for Day 3 meals.
38. Place your 3 day meals in your folder.
