This page is only to be signed by the owner of a residential property who does not own a solar energy system after it is installed on the
residential property. LAC 61:I.1907(E)(10)(j) provides that “when a system is installed by a third party owner, a complete and signed fourth
page of Form R-1086” is required. This page should be included with Form R-1086 by the third party owner of the energy system who is
claiming the credit.
