Remember - If you feel less than 10 movements within a 10 hour period, or you notice a pattern of steadily
decreasing movements each day you need to let me know. If you feel no movement within an hour after you
begin to count go lie down on your left side and really focus on the baby. If you still feel no movement within 90
minutes I want you to contact me.
