3. The Court finds Petitioner has not been issued more than one occupational driver’s license due to a
conviction under Texas law in the ten years preceding the date this petition was filed.
4. The Court finds Petitioner has a valid motor vehicle liability insurance policy as required by the Texas
Motor Vehicle Safety Responsibility Act, Chapter 601 Texas Transportation Code.
5. The Court finds there is an essential need for Petitioner to operate and drive a motor vehicle for the
following reason(s):

to perform Petitioner’s occupation or trade or for transportation to and from Petitioner’s place

for transportation to and from an educational facility in which Petitioner is enrolled.

to perform essential household duties.
