Pre-Trial Conference will be held at 9:30 a.m. Failure to attend pre-trial
conference as scheduled may result in the Court either dismissing the case
for want of prosecution or entering a default judgment. Parties are to have
exchanged exhibit lists and witness lists prior to the pre-trial conference
date. A motion for continuance must be filed at least seven (7) days
prior to the pre-trial conference date.
