Line 11 – Compute emergency excise tax due. Explain fully any computational changes and attach a supporting schedule
using the format of Schedule A, Form F-1120.
Line 24 – Overpayment. Enter the amount of any overpayment of tax on this line. Indicate the amount of overpayment to
be credited to estimated tax (Line 24(a)), amount of overpayment to be offset against underpayments for other years if
amended returns are also being filed for other years (Line 24(b)), and/or the amount of overpayment to be refunded (Line
24(c)).
Part II – Explanation of Change to Income, Deductions, Credits, etc. (use the space provided and/or attach
additional sheets.) Enter the line reference for which a change is reported. Give the reason for each line item in Column B.
If the change involves an item of income, deduction or credit that Form F-1120 or its instructions requires to be supported
with a schedule, statement or form, attach the appropriate schedule, statement or form to this Form F-1120X. Explain fully
any computational changes and attach supporting schedules.
Explain fully any changes in the apportionment fraction used on the original return. Use and attach Schedules III and IV of
Form F-1120 to compute again the apportionment fraction and to determine the Florida portion of adjusted federal or net
income.
