amount which will be due to the CITY OF CHARLESTON. If you have received a

refund from the State, then you may be due a comparable refund from the CITY.

Please advise us if this situation occurs.

If, upon periodic inspection by the City of Charleston of these State audits, it is revealed

that tax due the City has not been reported by the Business, the appropriate action may

be taken by the City to collect such tax.
