• If equipment is used, a reasonable fee may be charged to cover wear and tear on
equipment.
• Reserving group may not store their property in the room during any time outside of
the reserved time.
• Use of the room does not permit use of the audio equipment or fitness equipment
unless specifically arranged in the agreement.
• Windows must remain closed at all times.
• Food and beverage is prohibited in the rooms with the exception of bottled water.
• Use of large or heavy equipment, such as large stereos, fans, chairs, or other props is
prohibited. Props with wheels are prohibited. A disclosure of all props and equipment
must be provided above.
• Proper footwear is required. No heeled dance shoes, tap shoes, or hard soled shoed
permitted on the floors.
• Requesting group and/or responsible party are responsible for securing the room at
the end of the scheduled time. This may involve contacting the building manager or
event manager to lock the room. Leaving a room unlocked following an event will
result in loss of privilege.
• Granting of a previous request/room does not guarantee future requests.
• Requesting group must notify Penn State Fitness,
fitness@psu.edu
or 814-865-4274, if
they do not plan to us the room during a scheduled time with a 48 hour notice.
• Penn State Fitness may alter the above request as needed to accommodate
maintenance and repairs.
I understand these rules and I understand that violation of the above rules will result in the
loss of room-use privilege without refund.
