CORE AERATION

• Core aeration of all accessible turf areas to be completed by March 31

SPRING/FALL CLEANUP

• SPRING cleanup to be completed by March 31

• SPRING cleanup to include new planting/shrub bed edging.

• General cleanup of turf areas and planting/shrub beds.

• Re-stake and cover exposed funny pipe in all planting beds

• Turn bark in all beds and tree rings.

• Remove leaves, branches, and misc. organic debris.

• Examine all landscaped and turf areas for problems and provide HOA with recommendations

report.

• FALL clean up to be completed by November 30

• Remove annual flowers and cut back any perennials.

SPRINKLER CARE, STARTUP, AND SHUTDOWN

• Start system in SPRING, activating clocks and initial programming for spring weather

• Subsequent (2) clock and programming adjustments for Summer and Fall weather if needed.

• Shutdown system in FALL, turning off clocks and stop-and-waste.

• This contract INCLUDES blowout of sprinkler lines
