This Checklist is part of your Site Waste and Recycling Management Plan (SWRMP) and will be
assessed against the provisions of
WDCP 2012 – Part B1,
Waste.
This Part of WDCP 2012 must be read before attempting to complete this checklist.
This checklist will assist you in identifying the type and quantity of waste likely to be generated and how this can be
minimised. The checklist will also serve to advise Council of how you intend to reuse, recycle or dispose of the waste
both during construction and your ongoing waste management strategy.
NOTE: You must retain copies of demolition and construction waste receipt dockets on site at all times to
verify which facility received the material for recycling or disposal.
To minimise any delay in receiving a decision about your application, please ensure you submit all relevant
information and answer all questions. Mark 'N/A' where a question is not relevant to your development.
