Crash Data Evaluation

Explain how the influence areas for each separate countermeasure were established. Describe how

the limits of the crash data were established for each countermeasure to ensure only appropriate

crashes were included in the Crash Report(s), Collision Diagram(s) and B/C calculations. (limited to

If the proposed project is intended to use 100% Bike/Ped funds, then this space can be used to

explain the Cost-Effectiveness Index.

The I2: Improve Signal hardware countermeasure is designated for ALL collisions. I10, Increase

Triangle Sight Distance, is also for all types of collisions, and ALL Injury types. All crash data used was

supplied in the KAI crash data set.
