Certificate of employment stating
period/position/current salary
Certificate of leave approval
If self employed:
Business registration
Income tax paper
Business financial statement
If student:
Proof of enrollment
Certificate of leave absence if travelling during
school period.

If minor travelling:
Letter of onsent signed by both parents/legal
guardian and a copy.
Application form signed by both parents/legal
guardian and
signed photocopy of passport of parents/legal
guardian.
Proof of economic means of parents/legal
guardian and a copy.
Birth certificate of the minor and a copy.
Certificate of leave absence if travelling during
school period and a copy.

If travelling with spouse and or children:
Copy of marriage contract
Copy of birthcertificates children.

For spouse of EU national travelling with or joining the
EU citizen:
Proof of relationship and a copy
Photocopy of the EU national’s passport.

For non-GCC residents:
Residence permit and a copy (permit should be
valid for at least 3 monhts after departure from
Schengen).

Visa fee:
Payment for visa fee must be made in cash and
preferably in exact change.
I have been informed :
That my passport will be kept during the process of my visa application.
That an application without the complete set of documents according to the above mentioned
checklist may result in a rejection of my visa application.
