E. PLANT PRODUCTS: Enter the volumes and gross values of plant products sold. Use product

units in the volume sold column. (Example: 5,000 mcf of residue gas, 100 bbls of Plant

Condensate, 50 long tons of sulfur, etc..).

LINE 1 through Line 11 - Enter the gross value of all plant products here and on 4201 Section D

Line 7.

Line 12 through Line 14 - Enter any volume from the plant that was re-injected into the same field

and formation from which it was produced on line 12. Enter any volume that was flared at the

plant on line 13. Enter any volume of plant shrinkage on Line 14. Do not enter plant deductions

as well-head deductions on form 4201. in block C - 2a, 2b, 2c, or 2d.

Gross Value of Plant Products - Total the values reported on lines 1 through 11.

This amount must equal the Gross Sales Value of Plant Products entered on Form 4201 Section

D Line 7.
