A drawing created using the free sketching application at , that shows:

o the size of the proposed car-share vehicle parking area
A digital photo mocked up showing a green line outlining the proposed CVPA location
Mail all required items to Permit Parking, City Hall, Main Floor, West Tower, 100 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON M5H 2N2
Upon approval of your application, it will be necessary to:
Pay for the City of Toronto's actual installation costs for the car-share vehicle parking area, including the fabrication and
installation costs for the signs and pavement markings required to delineate the car-share vehicle parking area
Pay for the car-share parking permit
The fees are subject to annual inflationary increases and HST, City of Toronto HST BN No. 86740 2299 RT0001
