And Then There Were None
Mystery
Christie, Agatha. And then There Were None. New York: Pocket Books, 1986. Print.
Summary:
And Then There Were None is a mystery involving ten guests who are brought to an island under false
pretenses. The guests are each accused of a crime and quickly begin dying one by one on the island based
off of an old nursery rhyme. The unknown host is the presumed murderer, but it is one of them.
Length/Difficulty:
173 pages: Although confusing at the beginning, the mystery is hard to put down once I became involved
in the book.
Quality:
10/10
Potential Controversies:
I would have to warn people about the language in the book. It is slightly old-fashioned, and cursing is
frequently used by some characters.
