12. After 30 days, pre-approved visitors may visit on Saturday from 1pm-5pm. After 60 days you can be allowed visits

outside visits on Saturday and eventually have overnight passes. The HOP office must be informed on Monday of each

week who your approved visitor or visit will be.

13. The HOP business phone may be used by residents from 5-10pm. You are allowed 2-10 minutes calls a day unless

there is an emergency to 2 pre-approved family members.

14. Residents of HOP can mail out and receive two letters each week from their immediate families only.

15. Clothing will be modest. Inappropriate clothing is at the discretion of the HOP administration. No clothing with

alcohol, tobacco, or any other questionable advertising will be allowed. No tank tops, halter-tops, short shorts (longer

than finger-tip), or tight clothing will be worn while at the House of Pearls.

16. TV & movies are allowed. There will be no X, R or NC17 rated movies allowed. Music will be restricted to Christian.

No Hip Hop, Rap, Rock in Roll, or any other form of music that is not edifying to ones soul or spirit is allowed.

17. Personal cell phones will not be allowed for the first 90 days. After 90 days we will reevaluate your needs. Residents

that have cell phones/Nextel for employment are expected to follow established house rules. Consequences for not

following house rules will require you to turn your phone in every evening.

18. Visitors are allowed in Living Room, dining room, kitchen, and front and back yard only. No visitors are allowed in

the bedroom areas for any reason.

19. No food will be cooked in the HOP kitchen except at meals. If you have your own snacks you can use the microwave

only. All residents at HOP will eat their meals together (cooked by residents) at 6pm Monday through Friday, and

Sunday at 6pm. On Saturday nights residents will eat own food or leftovers unless instructed differently by the house

manager.

20. Breakfast must be eaten by 8:30am and the kitchen cleaned up so the group can have their Bible studies. Lunch, on

your own, will be from 12-1pm, with residents cleaning up after themselves. On weekends breakfast is 9am, lunch noon,

and dinner 6pm with each person cleaning up after themselves.

21. Each resident will be assigned chores for the week and must be done at the appropriate time.

22. Items bought by HOP are not for general use. You must ask the house manager before taking or eating any items

from cabinets or refrigerator.

23. If you do not buy something do not use it or borrow it. We are on a honor systems and we must respect each others

possessions and items.

24. The HOP office and night managers living quarters are off limits unless you are specifically invited in to.

25. House of Pearls requires $75.00 weekly fee. Fees are payable every Friday. However, upon your interview you may

be allowed to come into the House of Pearls without this fee until you are employed.

I understand & will comply with the above-mentioned rules. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary

consequences. If you are required to leave the House of Pearls because of a disciplinary infraction

you will have to wait 30 days before being allowed to apply to come back into the program.
