16. The provisions of this Agreement constitute the entire agreement among the parties. There are no

warranties, representations or other agreements between the parties in connection with the subject

matter hereof, except those specifically set out herein.

17. The heading “Voluntary Severance Program for Continuing Academic Staff Member (“Academic

VSP”) does not form part of this Agreement, is not an aid to interpretation, and does not incorporate

by reference any other agreement, provisions, warranties or representations.

18. The parties have read the entire Agreement and acknowledge that they understand the contents.

19. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta.

20. This Agreement may be executed in counterpart.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF this Agreement is made effective as of the _____ day of ______, 2013, subject

to full execution of this Agreement.
