1. All entry forms and entry fee ($4.00 up to 50 entries, $6.00 50 – 100, $10.00 over 100 entries) (made payable to Waupaca County Fair) must be in

the University Extension Office no later than the 2

Tuesday in July. No postmarks accepted. Cloverbuds do not pay the exhibitor entry fee.

2, Animal Exhibitors – by signing this entry form, I have read and understand, consent to , and agree to abide by the IAFE (International Association

of Fairs and Expositions) National Code of Ethics as stated in the Fair Premium Book on page 4.

3. All exhibitors will receive a wrist band for fair admittance. Those in sports may exchange the wrist band for an entry ticket on entry day
