THIS FORMAL ACCEPTANCE OF AN OFFER TO SETTLE SHALL NOT BE
FILED WITH THE COURT OR DISCLOSED TO THE COURT until all issues (other
than costs) have been determined [rule 56A.26A(7)].
This formal Acceptance of an Offer to Settle must be delivered to the other Party or the
other Party’s lawyer prior to the commencement of the application or trial date to avail
of rule 56A.26A relating to Offers to Settle.
