This Contract, as defined below, contains all the terms and conditions agreed upon by

the parties. No oral agreements or representations shall be valid or binding upon FDLE

or the Contractor unless expressly contained herein or by a written amendment to this

Contract.

This Contract shall be comprised of the following documents, attachments, addenda

and any subsequent amendments to this Contract. These documents, attachments,

addenda and amendments shall govern the services provided by the Contractor and are

hereby incorporated in, and are made a part of, this Contract. The order of precedence

is as indicated below. Subsequent amendments take first precedence, with the most

current documents or updates of the documents controlling in the event of a conflict

between differing versions of a document which form part of or are incorporated in this

Contract.

The documents specified below are hereby incorporated in, and are a part of, this

Contract (including this document, captioned “Computerized Criminal History System

Replacement” which shall be first in order of precedence):

• Any Addenda

• Exhibit 1 – FDLE’s Standard Contract Terms and Conditions

• Exhibit 2 – FDLE’s Standard Information Technology Terms and Conditions
